Sufi music night celebrating birthday

I used to be a regular attendee (& a pro-bono photographer) of Delhi's various dance & music concerts in 2014, especially those that were held at the India Habitat Centre. Music has been a part of my growing up years and this family event coverage combined my love for photography and the inclination towards music! Infact my first personal project revolved around capturing what all went behind staging a dance performance. You can view this photostory here 

Cut to 2018, I got the opportunity to cover a sufi-night event helmed by the famous Gujarati artist Mr. Osman Mir ji. This was held at The Oberoi hotel in Delhi as a general celebration of art & life, organized by the Anand family. 

His vocals were mesmerizing. There were times when I felt like keeping the camera down to immerse myself in the ebb and flow of his sufi rendition.
